Why should I trust Bitkart ? How can I be sure that ordering from Bitkart is safe ?

We've successfully processed hundreds of orders and shipped machines and components across various locations. Please read user reviews before placing your order. bitkart.in is part of Mass Computers who have been in business for about two decades and have ensured a flawless experience over that time.

Will you be using sealed and new parts ? How can i be sure of that ?

We shall be sharing a video before starting with your build . You shall also have live access to see the assembly being done.

When I order a Custom Rig , will I get the machine assembled or individual parts shall be sent ?

We shall assemble the PC , install Windows Trial version and all drivers before despatching the machine.

Will you update latest BIOS of the motherboard, before sending ?

Yes we update the motherboard with the latest Bios.

Will you install all drivers before sending the machine ? Will these drivers be latest ?

Yes we shall be installing latest drivers .

How can I be sure that the components I have chosen are fully compatible ?

Our tech team checks the configuration before it is handed over to the engineer for assembling. We would reach out to you with any recommendation/changes required.

Do you test the machine before sending ? What kind of tests do you perform and for how many hours ?

We test the machine for 8-10 hours before sending it out to you. We run tests like 3d mark, Furn mark which would put full load on graphics card and CPU so that we can check the maximum temperature it reaches . After this, the machine is put to a vibration test which ensures that there is nothing loose inside .

How many days would you take to build , test the machine once you get the order ?

It depends on the pending orders. Generally we take 2 working days to despatch the machine, after building and testing the machine. We're currently working on an order tracker for you to know the waiting period.

What will happen if the material I receive gets damaged, lost in Transit ?

All our shipments are fully insured for damage, loss, natural calamity and accident. You just need to make a video while opening the pack. If anything is found to be damaged in transit then we shall replace the same . If the shipment is lost in transit then we shall send you a new product .So you are a 100% safe, both in case of COD and prepaid options.

What is the procedure for getting a replacement if the shipment gets damaged in transit ?

You just need to send us a video while opening the package which clearly shows that the damage is done in transit . Once verified, we shall send a replacement .

Which courier company do you use ?

We use some of the best courier companies BlueDart , Delhivery, ExpressBees, etc., depending upon your location for shipping the material .

Is Shipping free ?

Shipping is free .

Do you have an option of shipping by Air (Priority Shipping ) ?

Air Shipping can be arranged on request .

Do you have a COD option?

POD is available upto Rs. 2,00,000. It might vary a little according to the pin-code.

What is the max limit of COD ?

The POD limit is dictated basis your lcation but can not exceed Rs. 200000.

What if my product is of more than the COD amout offered by you ? Is there an option that i pay the amount exceeding the limit, upfront and the balance on delivery.

Yes, for us to successfully process your order, you'll need to remit the balance amount before hand. The remainder you can pay upon delivery.

Will the courier agent take cash or can we pay by card , wallet once he comes .

The courier agent will not necessarily carry a card machine. S/he shall call you before coming for delivery so that you get time to take out cash from your bank, in case he does not have a credit card machine.

Can I check the eqipment before paying to the courier agent ?

The courier agent shall take cash/card or get the docket signed (in case of prepaid shipments) from you before handing over the pack to you. But you do not have to worry about the product/components being damaged since our shipments are very well packed to ensure their safety. Further, all our shipments are fully insured. Please make a video while opening it.

What will happen if the packing is empty or there is a wrong product inside ?

Please make sure you make a video while opening the box. This works as a proof of a discrepancy during transit and helps us ensure we can take corrective measures right away.

Do i need to keep the packing material safely ?

Yes, you are advised to keep the packing and the box with you . Just incase we need to pick up your machine / component for warranty then this shall be required .

How can i claim warranty if something goes wrong ?

Our invoice shall mention all components with their respective serial numbers and warranty tenure. In case something goes wrong, you have two options – 1. You reach out to us , we shall assess the fault though video call and remote access and arrange for a pick up of the component and drop the same after repair/replacement. This service shall be available to you for free for 3 years. 2. You can take the faulty component to any service center which is near to you and have it repaired/replaced. Our invoice is valid all across the country.

What is the support from your side ?

We give 3 years support from the date of purchase. Stages of support : • Stage 1 : In case of a faulty component/part, please reach out to us for technical support. • Stage 2 : Our Tech team shall try and diagnose the problem online through remote access / video call. • Stage 3 : Faulty component/part can be replaced by the local service centre . • Stage 4 : If you can’t find /wish to go to the service center then our team can arrange a pick/drop of the faulty item, free of charge . All Parts are covered for 3 years warranty (Except Hard disk which has 2 years) as per the parent company policy.

Will I be dependant on you to claim warranty or can i go to the service center directly also?

Our invoice, and the warranty on the components is valid all across the country. You can take it to any service center near you and claim the warranty.

If you give warranty directly, does that mean then I can't claim warranty from the service centre near to my area?

Warranty is only offered by the component manufacturer but if there isn't a service center in your vicinity, we'd be happy to step in on your behalf and reach out to the concerned company.

Will your invoice mention the warranty and all components used , separately ?

Yes our invoice shall mention the serial numbers and warranty tenure of all components

Will I get warranty cards of all components ?

Our invoice with serial number shall be valid to claim warranty from any service center, since, we do not get warranty cards for any components these days.

What is your support when the warranty gets over ?

We look forward to a longer relationship than the time of the warranty and hence our support does not end with the warranty of your product. You can always reach out to us for a telephonic support, while buying a replacement product from us is always an option.

Are the prices mentioned on the website, including GST ?

All prices mentioned on bitkart.in, are inclusive of GST and any other taxes mandated by the government.

Do you have EMI options ?

EMI is available through Credit cards of all leading banks . For card less EMI we have Zest Money, ICICI and HDFC cardless EMI .

Do you accept Baja Finserv Card ?

Yes we do not take payments through Bajaj Finserve..

Do you have interest free EMI options ?

Interest rate is decided and charged by the credit card issuing bank/company, so best to check with them.

Can you give any discount on interest rate?

Interest rates are managed by your credit card company. Please check the rates before going ahead with any payments.

Can you give discount on the prices ?

bitkart.in has some of the best prices and are continously updated from our end.

Can I come and buy the product from your office?

Yes our retail section (Offline) is open on all days except sundays. We operate from 10 AM upto 7 PM .

Do you give any discount if I come to your office?

bitkart is online. We often run promotions for our community, so it'll help to check on bitkart.in regularly for any promotions. Per se, there are no discounts.
